Xi Jinping's Tibet Challenge: 60 Years of Failed Policies in Tibet gives an overview of China's failed policies in Tibet; policies which, despite six decades have not persuaded Tibetans to quietly acquiesce to China's rule but have seen levels of Tibetan resistance rising with over 50 Tibetans choosing self-immolation as an extreme act of protest.
